Jessalyn Frost is an active and engaged community member in Western Waukesha County. She is a parent of four children, each with a unique experience in their education. With her perspective and keen understanding of the diverse needs of children, and her deep passion for ensuring every child has the resources to reach their full potential, Jessalyn makes a meaningful impact in the community through The Oasis Project.

Her career includes former work as a Case Worker at Saint Benedict Education Center in Erie, Pennsylvania and experience as an Instructional Aide and Student Supervisor at Swallow Elementary. She was President of the Hartland Lakeside Education Foundation from 2019-2022 and has been an integral, leading volunteer in the district for the span of her children’s attendance there. She also volunteers at The Safe House in Hartland.

Jessalyn is passionate about ensuring every child has the support and opportunities they need to thrive. She understands the importance of fostering strong educational and community resources. She is committed to using her time and talents to make a lasting difference in the lives of children.

When she’s not making a meaningful impact in the community, Jessalyn can be found organizing lunches for teachers, planning events, or overseeing the school library. She also enjoys traveling, skiing, and spending time outdoors hiking and biking with her family.
